This project's scope was rendering the 3D model using Lumion. The shots were created with different modes and effects. The landscape was also designed in Lumion to create functional and inviting landscape.

MAFI's Entrance Landscape

Inviting Landscape Design:

Royal Palms: Tall palms with striking white trunks frame the entrance, creating a grand and welcoming focal point.
Bollard Lighting: Discreet lights along the walkway guide visitors and highlight the path.
Colorful Groundcovers: Alternating groundcovers add vibrant color and rhythm, enhancing movement toward the entrance.

MAFI's Central Landscape

Central Seating Landscape Design:

Shrubs: Low shrubs frame the entry zone and direct attention toward the central focal point.
Central Mafi Sign: Positioned at the heart of the plaza, the Mafi sign serves as a bold focal point visible from the street.
Hardscape Seating with Flower Boxes: Alternating benches and flower boxes provide inviting spaces for breaks and informal employee gatherings in the central plaza.

Front Facade Landscape Design:

Royal Palms: Tall, elegant palms that draw attention to the facade, creating a grand visual statement.
Cycad Palms: Used as sculptural accents within flower beds, adding structure and enhancing the visual appeal of the planting composition.
Areca Palms: Lush, air-purifying palms that fill space with rich greenery, softening the architecture and adding a tropical touch.
Flowers and shrubs: Add color, texture, and seasonal interest while softening built elements & defining outdoor spaces
